Songs of innocence and of experience

Very happy birthday today to the_mendicant. I hope she's having a good one.

Last Saturday, some of us gathered at her house for a M*A*S*H-themed party. If you want a good writeup of what happened, you can find one in the latter part of this post from scarlatti.

I took hardly any photos -- somehow scarlatti ended up in charge of my camera. But the results are excellent -- have a look.

Yesterday, scarlatti and I went to flick and drplokta's new flat for lunch. Very good it was too.

After we'd done all the things we did, we were sprawled on the sofa and scarlatti took a picture. When we got home, we looked at each other and said "this would suit a caption competition".
