Well, a couple of hours ago Boss B was talking about movies, and I was saying things to him along the lines of "Who is Pete Postlethwaite?" and "Who is Mickey Rourke?"

He just said to me "Who is James Joyce?"

Ah, different worlds we move in.

The latest list of challenges in ithurtsmybrain is up.

Here are some tempting ones:
Remus Lupin (Harry Potter) / Colonel K (Dangermouse)
Col. Pickering (My Fair Lady) / Eric (Bananaman)
Mr. Darcy (Pride and Prejudice) / Scoop (Bob the Builder)

But the one I really like the look of is:
The Guide (Hitchhiker's Guide) / Titania (A Midsummer Night's Dream)

Surely someone can write that.
I'm not claiming it because I never finished my Picard (ST:tng) / Bender (Futurama) story.

Just be grateful that someone else has already taken Zaphod/Rimmer.

You'll recall that three days ago I managed to buy a haggis.

Well, on the same day, Boss B bought one. But he was unable to persuade his wife and children to consent to eating it, so today he gave it to me. So it was haggis for dinner again tonight. Mmmm.
