I'm putting together the ZZ9 calendar for the ensuing few months, and we're intending to visit Lords Cricket Ground.

I wanted to look at a map, so I asked Google.

This is what I got.

I did some arithmetic.

I got married on May 17th 1997.
Anne died on September 5th 2001.
Christmas Day is December 25th 2005.

The first and second of these dates are 1572 days apart.
The second and third of these dates are 1572 days apart.

So this means that Christmas Day marks the point beyond which I'll have been a widower longer than I was married.

I think too much.
