So I got a couple of lamb leg chops, a heap of carrots and a really large onion together. I cut the carrots and onion into one-inch pieces and put them in a dish with the chops, and emptied the sauce over it all. It went in the oven at about this hot. Then I went to watch the telly for a bit.
I had some tiny button mushrooms, so they went into a saucepan with some butter and garlic, that was easy.
And then I dumped it all onto a plate. Presentation was never my long suit. But it was very good. Very good indeed.
Now, I have some chocolate cheesecake. Mmmm. With cream.
