Since Liam likes them to have titles ... Gmail is an arse.

On June 21st, GMail said to me "First off, welcome. And thanks for agreeing to help us test Gmail. [...] You're one of the very first people to use Gmail. Your input will help determine how it evolves, so we encourage you to send your feedback, suggestions and questions to us."

Today it says "You are currently using 116 MB (12%) of your 1000 MB."

Then when I delete stuff from the trash folder, it says "Who needs to delete when you have 1000 MB of storage?!"

So my feedback and suggestions will be to do with GMail patronising me and behaving like a lightweight provider that doesn't understand my needs, then.

My feedback:
I've written about this here:
http://www.livejournal.com/users/dougs/322750.html

In summary, inserting phrases like "Who needs to delete when you have 1000 MB of storage?!" sends the message, loud and clear, that Gmail disapproves of what I'm doing with my messages.

It's a mail client. It shouldn't disparage my chosen method of dealing with my messages.

Feeling insulted and patronised now ...
