The Wednesday evening "slobbing out in front of the telly" review: sausage sandwich.

The sausages are Welsh. They're from Glamorgan and are made with pork, cheddar, leeks and mustard.
The brown sauce is from Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
The bread is English.

And the whole sandwich is a good argument for international cuisine. Very nice.
