You know what they say -- find a penny, pick it up, and all day long you'll have a pennny.
The visa interview, scheduled for 9am, is widely advertised as taking three to four hours. It's now 09:10, and I'm sat outside having concluded my interaction with the US Embassy for the day.
Does anyone remember a few months ago, when I eloquently expresed my opinion of the lawyers who were handling the paperwork for us? I now perceive that my description of their lack of competence was sadly inadequate, and that my powers of description and invective are unlikely ever to meet the high demands placed upon them by the poor quality of service we've been subjected to.
I now need to secure the correct paperwork from them, and reschedule the interview.
