Food [Nov. 16th, 2006|08:33 pm]
Douglas Spencer

Another post in the short series described as "further to a conversation which took place at Novacon".

On this occasion, the conversation was to do with my eating habits, and the implications that these habits hold for my general health. Today I've had a huge tray of roasted vegetables (carrots, courgettes, onions) and a couple of rather nice bits of salmon. I've followed that up with a banana.

Other things upon which I've feasted during the day include a chicken sandwich and a bowl of olives.

I don't intend to populate my journal with posts about what I've eaten (although I discover that I have an existing tag for food), but it's worth pointing out that I do occasionally have a day characterised by healthy food choices.

We'll keep quiet about my caffeine intake.

My office keeps coffee brewing all day and most of the night.

Enough said.

If it makes you feel better I eat food too.

BUT I don't drink caffine and look what a terrible mess I am :)
