I have a bottle of maple syrup, and I'm supposed to use it within a certain amount of time of having opened it. Right.|
So I added a glug of it when I made some home-made salad dressing today (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic granules, black pepper... and maple syrup).
Mmmm. It's really rather good. I think I'll put it into other things I make too.
(It was originally opened to add it to the bacon-flavoured vodka I made for Hogswatch)
