Watching telly... [Mar. 30th, 2007|10:42 pm]
Douglas Spencer
I've just finished watching "Have I Got Old News For You" on BBC2, and I'm debating whether to turn over to BBC1 for "Friday Night with Jonathon Ross" or to BBC4 for "Never Mind the Full Stops".

The continuity announcer says "... and Jonathan's guests include Ricky Gervais..."

Oh good, that saves me having to do any thinking.

It also had John Travolta and Gareth Gates. You made the right decision. I, on the other hand, would like that hour of my life back.

No, but the Travolta was asked some very easy questions about Co$ by Ross, along the lines of "tell me how your faith has made such an important difference to your life".

Sickening, really.

I think that some of the things that he's been in have been good. The Office had its moments, and much of Extras was laugh-out-loud funny. However, he just comes across as a bit of a self-satisfied twit in real life.
