Today, and one year ago today...

I've tried hard, over the course of the last week and more, to write this post. Tried and failed. It's been through a number of versions and none of them are any good at all.

Today, momesto and sammy3ox are back in Belmond, Iowa, where scarlatti was born, was baptised, and was buried.

She died a year ago today.
