I don't understand women... [Nov. 25th, 2007|04:16 pm]
Douglas Spencer
Julia's been here for a couple of nights.

After Sunday lunch today we're sat in the living room, and she complains that the room is cold.

So I ask "Do you think any of the other rooms will be warmer?"

"I think that probably the bedroom will be warmer" she replies, and she heads upstairs.

I follow her, and find her in the bedroom hiding under the duvet... and further research reveals that she's removed a number of items of clothing.

So how does she expect to get warm like that?

Women. Completely baffling.

Well, wearing the cold downstairs clothes wouldn't do any good under the warm duvet.

Makes sense to me....

Makes sense to me. Duvets and skin are a perfect combination.

Were any of the items of clothing mildly moist? I'm pretty sure wet clothes are too be avoided when keeping warm.

sarah_mum's Mum advised lying completely still under the duvet to get warm. For some reason Sarah and I can't seem to take that advice ;@)
