A while back I had a 'sorry, we haven't called you to interview this time' letter in the post the same day as one saying 'please come to this interview', for the same position and signed by the same person. Which was a bit confusing.

After clarifying that they were expecting me, I didn't actually attend the interview but sent my apologies (had already been offered a job I wanted more) and the next day received a 'we were very pleased to meet you but won't be employing you on this occasion' letter. Uh...

thats pretty usual for Amazon.

Also usual for them is using a delivery service that will leave the items in your porch which is not secure in the slightest and put a card through the door saying they have left the items in a secure place.

Luckily the two times they have done that this month I've been the first one to come to the front door!
