So the House of Lords is a revising chamber; we're supposed to appoint people to the Lords if they have a particular area of expertise which is going to help both houses produce better decisions and better results.

How does "Lord Harris of Oxford West" sound?

You're not the first person to have that idea; and I'd have thought he would be well up the LD list -- but note that it pretty much requires that you don't want to have another chance in the lower house, and Harris is still young.

Better title needed but it is strongly what i expect - as long as he is ideologically not oposed to such things? he;d be much happier in the HL anyway..
