Can tell you don't live in London for that price on a 3 bedroom house!
Depends which bit... I'm in London in a 4 bedroom house that was marketed for £160k.
Wow, shows how times change. I paid £115k for a one bed flat in Zone 3 in 2004.
The area I'm in is an exception to the rule, but if you hunt around you find such exceptions.
Already got one thank you, though yours is very handy for my office.
Are you sure that's your house? Looks a might tidy for a fannish house to me? Where are all the books?
Sorry, have cold and no voice (no laughing at the back there).
I think they are boxed up ready for moving :-)

Bloody hell. The things you can do with Photoshop nowadays
Dougs must be PO'd he didn't think of this, he's good with Photoshop.
But they'd still have to get them out for the viewings.
Photoshop? I wouldn't know anything about that...
That is seriously disturbing. I like it.
I've boxed up about 1,200 books for moving, and I've given away about 4,000 (including nearly 1,000 to James and John for the outreach project).
Hope it all sells well and quickly type stuff!! (No idea what I'm mumbling).
Alas too far for my daily trudge to work (the 70 miles I'm doing a day is killing me as it is)
